Tobias the Adequate is the “Persona Au Gratin” of magician, musician, poet, performer, and all-around odd-but-wholesome person Matthew Legare. Over the course of almost two decades, Matthew has performed at fairs, festivals, conventions, street markets, cabarets, and anywhere people were willing to put up with him with the goal of making people laugh and occasionally shoot beverage from their nostrils.
